Operational issues includes safety management, information technology, supply chain management, fleet management, inventory, data analytics, acquisitions of equipment and materials, quality control, materials handling, maintenance policies, business development, and marketing. We may onboard projects as prime contractors, subcontractors, or subject-matter-expert consultants in all 16 areas of COOs.
In construction, we have provided cleaning services, inventory management, information technology conversions, project management, inspections, and electrical services. In transportation, we have provided AV-design, logistics, and fleet maintenance programs. In clean energy, we are performing R&D related to climate change. In general administration, we are knowledgeable mid-to-senior level managers, grant writers, and instructional training course designers of various topics for workforce development, data analytics, organizational change, performance, supervision, team development, and workplace safety.
We are OSHA-authorized trainers providing OSHA-10, OSHA-30, First Responder, and Safety Officer certifications, as proven SMEs with over 25 years of real-time experience in public safety, emergency response, and incident command. Recently, we began development of pedagogic advocacy towards stimulating Judicial reform.
